Winterintensiv - Experimental mit Patrizia

In this winter intensive we will use movement as a tool to explore our own bodies and sensations and get to know our unique movement qualities.

The goal is to create a space for you to explore how your body wants to move moment to moment and experiment with new ways to express yourself through movement.

We will use these two days to playfully end the year and release things we want to let go of (day 1) and welcome the new year and the energies we want to call in for this new cycle (day 2).
