Handstand, one of the most fundamental forms in dance, yoga, gymnastics, and acrobatics. It also one of the most challenging thresholds in progressing into an advanced practice. Some of the main hurdles in developing an effortless and stable handstand are growing sufficient strength, finding delicate balance, and overcoming fear of falling. In this three hour workshop, we will look at technique as well as a series of solo and partner exercises to overcome those hurdles and get you sustainably closer to finding a strong handstand
