This Yoga class by Christopher St. Laurent is based on Hatha-Yoga. It includes Guided Meditation, Pranayama (breathing techniques) and Asanas (Poses). Each class date will have a different focus and flow, preparing the body safely for specific Asanas. Connecting mind body and soul, to become more open and present is the ultimate goal of this Yoga practise. It it advisable to have a regular practice. The class is open for all levels of Yoga experience and fitness levels.
