Have you ever wanted to move in a sexy and self-confident way while improving your fitness? Then our TwerkOut class is just right for you! The TwerkOut starts with an abs, legs and glutes workout where you activate and strengthen the main important muscle groups for twerking. Then we learn Twerk Basics combined with elements from African Dance, Dancehall and New Style Commercial. Together we break down important steps and explain them so that everyone understands them. Another focus of the class is to create an understanding about which muscle groups are important to use for Twerking as of the pelvic floor, lower back and the glute muscles. With a lot of fun and motivating music we enjoy a fun and sweaty workout and learn how to move in a sensual way. The class is designed for those who want to learn Twerk Basics and want have a great (T)workOut!
This class is taught alternately by Quincy and Stella.
