This class requires basic knowledge of Tribal Fusion or oriental belly dance.
We work on layerings, different qualities in the body, on our musicality and more complex step sequences as well as isolation techniques of the Tribal Fusion Bellydance.
Tribal Fusion creates an illusion of fluid, snaky body movements coupled with the sensuality of oriental dance and the pride of flamenco. Although the rather small, in-body movements are initially difficult to learn, it will get easier over time. Bellydance also helps you to connect with your femininity and will help you to become more self-confident in your own body.
To prepare for the Bellydance isolation technique, each class begins with targeted warm-up and core muscle training. Hopefully, the training will not only give you more confidence, but also abdominal muscles. 😉 The work out also adds to your awareness of your core muscles, especially the abdominal muscles, the pelvic floor and your glutes.
