Stretch & Strength – Dancers Workout by Patrizia Bieri

Stretch & Strength is a combination of stretching and strength training specially designed for the body of dancers.  For everyone who wants to deal more deeply with a dancer-specific handling of their own body. The focus of the course is to prepare, strengthen important muscles for movement and support the body for the specific requirements of different dance styles, not only strengthening the necessary deep muscles, but also improving mobility. The exercises range from strengthening the outward rotation, which is required for classic styles such as ballet, jazz, modern, to holistic strength training, to active and passive stretching exercises specific to muscle groups.

Through this holistic body training, you can develop a deeper understanding of your own body. Furthermore the versatility and diversity of individual physical requirements are addressed.
Patrizia has a wealth of experience and her philosophy is to support each body individually on its journey.

The level is open to everyone from beginners to professional dancers.
