Stretching  – Dancers Workout by Patrizia Bieri

In this class we use deep stretches as a tool to connect with and relax into our bodies.
We start class with a fluid warmup sequence, to soften and warm the body. We will then flow through different deep stretches targeting different muscle groups in our body. Throughout the stretches Patrizia will guide you into an awakened awareness of your body’s sensations in order to open up a space where we can explore our bodies and our subtle perceptions throughout the intensity and depths of the stretches.
The aim of the class is to relax into and underneath those sensations and release some of the tension we hold. We explore ourselves in the process of letting go through the body.
Everyone is welcome, there’s no specific physical skills asked to join this exploration.
