STRETCH INTO SELF
My restorative stretch into self classes consist of deep (passive) stretches, exercises to regulate the nervous system, conscious breathing and visualization techniques. Deep stretches hereby serve as a tool to get to know our bodies and deepen into embodiment. With the help of visualizations, breath, sound and touch we deepen the connection to our own bodies and their wisdom.
A journey into self, exploring our bodies through deep stretches, re-aligning our body’s and mind’s tempos, regulating the nervous system and finding pleasure in the sensory experience of our embodied aliveness.
