Muskeltraining Stretch Workout

My “Stretch & Strength” class is an energetic lead-along class and is structured from whole body unified warm up through movement, stretching and strengthening. It takes place mainly on the floor. All that is needed is a mat, cloth or similar and stretchy clothing. Since my workouts have almost no breaks, you must and may decide for yourself when one is needed. But the goal is to follow through. Anyone can theoretically join who wants to take care of their body muscularly, although it is primarily aimed at dancers. Starting point should be: Awareness of movement, a bit of stamina

And of course a good mood.

I myself am a dancer and had to give up classical dance training due to injuries. That’s why I developed my own training, which was actually designed for me. It was very well received, because it trains in a controlled way without putting too much strain on the body. I myself attach great importance to music, which is an important part of the training. I promise to sweat together with a lot of fun and success…
