Power Stretch & Strength ist wie der Titel schon verspricht ein sehr kraftvoller und dynamischer Kurs. Er stärkt und öffnet den Körper durch intensives work out mit tänzerischen Elementen. Es ist ein 90 minütiges lead-a-long Training bei laufender, tragender Musik ohne Pause. Ein gutes Körperbewusstsein sollte vorhanden sein. Meine Devise lautet nur die Harten kommen in den Garten mit viel Liebe und Aufmerksamkeit! Dieser Kurs ist eine powervolle Odé an den Körper! Viel Spaß

I myself am a dancer and had to give up classical dance training due to injuries. That’s why I developed my own training, which was actually designed for me. It was very well received, because it trains in a controlled way without putting too much strain on the body. I myself attach great importance to music, which is an important part of the training. I promise to sweat together with a lot of fun and success…
