American Ninpo Bugei Federation Decolonizing Fitness Self Defense

Improve your self-defense skills with hand-picked techniques from the strongest martial arts: Ninjutsu, BJJ, Krav Maga, Kung Fu and more. This self-defense class changes topics each week so you can focus on improving your skills or learning new ones in a safe, non-competitive environment specifically for FLINTA. Each month we cover:

Week 1: Punch and kick combinations
Week 2: Chokes & grappling
Week 3: Evasion & Takedowns
4th week: Self-defense on the ground

At the same time, you will work up a sweat, improve your flexibility and complete a solid cardio and strength training program with a warm-up for flexibility and core stability, techniques and training exercises. You can expect a well thought-out combination of Ninjutsu, Krav Maga, Aikido and Kung Fu.

Led by Susie Kahlich, founder of Pretty Deadly Self Defense and a martial arts practitioner and instructor for over 24 years.
