This class series will give you the opportunity to learn the techniques of partner acrobatics from the ground up. Learn how to base, fly, and spot safely and confidently as well as how to train your body to master challenging tricks. The focus will lie on standing and dynamic moves, but may include some L-basing. Experience is helpful but not necessary. The course consists of 6 sessions a 90 minutes that will help you build strength and coordination. Bringing a partner you will be able to train with consistently is recommended but not necessary, as there will be the opportunity to rotate partners. Stepping out of your typical role as base or flyer will be encouraged and supported. Come expand your movement skills and learn some new ways to move your body and those of your friends!
