The aim of the class is to prepare the body (& the mind) to the unpredictable challenges of Life.
We will learn to move efficiently and to adapt any movement situation.
We’ll (re)discover the joys and benefits of vigorous movement while working on qualities like rhythm, mobility, balance, coordination, strength, creativity and agility.
All movement practitioners are welcome (dancers, martial artists, circus artists, athletes, actors).
Highly recommended for who’s not used to move much.
