In this course we will feel all areas of the body and stretch them gently. We will expand your overall body flexibility with passive and active stretching exercises.
Equipment such as the yoga wheel, yoga blocks and deuser bands will be used to help support your individual flexibility.
This experience will show you the importance of total body stretching and how it reflects in your overall well-being.
