This course is aimed at those interested in movement and curious to explore and experiment with their own body. Previous dance experience is not required, this class is simply about having fun while trying out unconventional movement sequences and does not rely on set choreographies. Under the guidance of the instructor, you will use various contemporary dance improvisation and research techniques to find new patterns of movement and discover new ways of using your body, be it for dance, theater, sports or simply for the day-to-day in the office.
Each class begins with a warm-up and ends with a cool-down, and the music varies from deep techno sounds to cheesy pop. You can dance with shoes, socks or barefoot.
If the class description above doesn't say otherwise, all of our classes are open drop in classes. That means you don't need to register for this class in advance.
