The course is designed to improve your heels technique through different exercises such as ‘with and without heels’, ‘Across-the-floor’ and small combinations. The main goal is to strengthen your posture and balance on heels, learn floorwork tricks and feel more confident in heels. Heels Basics is intended for newcomers or beginners. But also for dancers who already have experience in Heels Technique but want to improve their basics details.
