The one-hour Dancers Workout with Lena is for dancers of all levels. The goal of the class is to increase flexibility and stretch and preventing injuries. You will also train your core muscles and improve your posture. Each week there is a special focus.
Please register for this class in our class calendar. Here you can book specific dates and you can also pay online. If you are a contract member of motion*s the booking is free of charge for you.
