This is a class where all ways kind of moving is welcome. A safe space for dancers to exercise their movements.
The class is for people who want to learn more about their own body awareness and find their own way of moving.
In the technical part of the lesson, the focus will be on working on different levels. „How to get on the floor in the most natural way and how best to get back up?“ are questions that you will be exploring. The learned technique will later be applied in a choreography.
Basic knowledge about floor-work and body awareness as well as experience with contemporary dance is recommended.
Starting with technical exercises, ending with choreography- depending on the needs of the participants Amalie adapts the focus of each lesson.
