Movement development/bodywork requires a solid physical foundation that endures, prevents injury, and allows for a “return to” after an extended break. Good athleticism and physical toughness, along with mental strength, form the foundation in almost any movement world.
“Conditioning & Strength” offers you different approaches and exercises to improve these three areas individually.
My training is geared towards all dance and health oriented people who want to improve their overall fitness level. All you need is a little openness to movement, a desire to push your limits, and fun sweating. I recommend packing a pen and paper, a towel, water, and comfortable clothes.
Methodologically, “Conditioning & Strength” is inspired by areas such as boxing, breaking, bodyweight exercises, Qi Gong and gaming. The class starts with a mobility focused warm up and mind over body exercises will round up the cool down. The intensive main part will always be individually adapted to the respective group and the topic. The latter may be co-determined by you.
