Adrian considers in all his classes anatomic as well as bio mechanic aspects of every individual body. That’s why he focusses on a greatest possible diversity of movement dynamics and movements quality. Adrian gives a great attention to the connection of music and movement.

Especially in this intermediate class Adrian wants to challenge and to motivate his students on their training level as well as in the creation of own arts. His aim is to integrate every student ideally in the class.
