This class is for dancers who have already a solid basic knowledge of classical ballet and who want to go a step further trying out toe dance.
You should train ballet for at least two times a week so that you have enough strength in your toes and your body center for this class.
The class concentrates on exercises on the barre. In the end of the class there are some movement sequences throughout the room.
Please register for this class in our class calendar. Here you can book specific dates and you can also pay online. If you are a contract member of motion*s the booking is free of charge for you.
