This class is for dancers who have already a solid basic knowledge of classical ballet and who want to go a step further trying out toe dance.
You should train ballet for at least two times a week so that you have enough strength in your toes and your body center for this class.
The class concentrates on exercises on the barre. In the end of the class there are some movement sequences throughout the room.
If the class description above doesn't say otherwise, all of our classes are open drop in classes. That means you don't need to register for this class in advance. Just be at the studio about 15 minutes prior to the start time and sign in for the class at the front desk. More questions you might have you'll find answers to in our FAQ.
