CLASSICAL BALLET BASICS FOR ADULT BEGINNERS

Have you ever wanted to dance ballet? Maybe you think you are too old to start ballet now? No, you are definitely not! This class is designed for people with no previous experience in ballet or those who wants to refine their technique at a basic level. The training gives newcomers, regardless their age, a lot of time to explore in detail what exactly the body does in the different movements.

This ballet course offers the opportunity to get to know ballet as a form of movement from the beginning. We work on posture, coordination, musicality and sense of space. The focus will be on learning the basic positions of legs, arms and head as more complex sequences of motion follow at the bar and in the center. The lesson is aimed at those who have no experience in ballet, but beginners who already have some prior knowledge and want to refresh or deepen their basic knowledge are welcome in this course. Expect around 16 classes of 90 minutes each.

In 4 months Adrian Navarro teaches the basics of classical ballet. Afterwards you will be ready to continue your training and take ballet classes for beginners with prior knowledge (2 stars).

Start of the 4 months classes: January, May, September
