The ballet class is for all those who have completed one of our beginner courses or the recent Summer Intensive for new beginners and have already learned the basics of classical ballet. Also if you once danced ballet a while ago and now want to get back into dancing this class might be for you. All the basic techniques will be repeated and consolidated in this class. Adrian takes into account both anatomical and bio mechanical aspects of the individual body, placing an emphasis on the widest variety of dynamics and quality of movement in the structural design of his ballet class. The connection between music and movement is given the greatest possible attention.
If the class description above doesn't say otherwise, all of our classes are open drop in classes. That means you don't need to register for this class in advance.
