Based on the concept of Zumba with simple and easy-to-learn steps and sequences, Luisa will take you through this 60-minute workout packed with hot rhythms and afro beats. She integrates many elements from various Afro styles such as Dancehall, Reggeaton, Samba and modern forms of African Dance as well as Latin American steps, which you also know from the Zumba. The goal is to get your body going and have fun.
Luisa Burow is a trained Zumba trainer with several years of experience. She is also a graduate of contemporary dance training at the “Balance 1” dance academy.
Attention: In this course you dance on socks or barefoot.
