In jazz lessons for children Selma Hoffmann teaches first dance basics through fun and joy. A healthy technique and a continuous introduction to rhythm, muscle building and stretching should create a solid foundation for further dancing. In addition, learning choreography not only enhances dancing skills, but also concentration, coordination, and memory. Selma is one of our most experienced instructors and has been teaching jazz dance to children and adults at motion*s for many years. Selma regularly participates with her children and teens in our twice yearly OpenStages, where the children can gain their first stage experience while showing family and friends what they have learned.
Our classes for children and teenagers are taught in German. However, all our teachers speak English and can answer questions in class. For more information about the language skills of individual teachers, please see the teacher’s info.
Please register for this class in our class calendar. Here you can book specific dates and you can also pay online. If you are a contract member of motion*s the booking is free of charge for you. Be at the studio about 15 minutes prior to the start time and sign in for the class at the front desk. More questions you might have you'll find answers to in our FAQ.
