African Dance Session
Every 3rd Sunday of the month motion*s gives you space for free training to Afro Dance music. Clovis will be at your disposal as a space-holder, which means he will take care of the appropriate music and lead a common warm-up (for all who want to, not a must). Afterwards the room is yours, whether you want to train alone or exchange with others, anything goes.
the price is 3€ per session, please register in the class calender beforehand.
Sunday Sessions with rotating Styles
There is a new concept for the regular sunday session at motion*s.
The session is as usual on Sundays from 19 – 21:30h.
The entrance fee is 3 €.
The style of the session changes weekly and is supervised by a so-called spaceholder from the motion*s teacher team. There is a common warm-up (for all who want) and then free practice.
These sessions take place on Sunday of each month:
1st Sunday of the month Voguing Session
2nd Sunday of the month Funk Session
3rd Sunday of each month Afro Session
4th Sunday of the month Hip-Hop / House Session
