Born in Berlin, Selma Hoffmann discovered her love for dance early on and began to attend the dance academy directed by Tatjana Gsowsky in 1989, at the young age of 8. She was a member of the Deutsche Oper Berlin dance company and danced in productions including “Swan Lake”, “The Nutcracker” and “Cinderella”.
In 1994, Selma moved to the school of Vladimir Gelwan and, two years later, she attended the ballet center on Kurfürstendamm. In 1996, Selma joined the MM-Dancers Company under the direction of Manuel Mandon.
As a dancer, Selma has worked in various shows and events such as the Bambi Awards and Stars in Concert, and with various artists including, among others, Lou Bega, Yvonne Catterfeld, US5 and “The Fantastic Four”.
