Sara started her professional career in the financial sector in the startup world in London. After an education in Aligned Vinyasa Flow, Parter Acrobatics and Thai Massage, she teaches regular handstand classes, yoga & inversion courses and movement & hand balancing classes for an office job that is just too active.
In her personal time she trains partner acrobatics, does a lot of yoga and works on her own handstand.
As a former gymnast, she takes a diverse, playful, yet technically secure approach to her classes. Her relationship with the handstand has always been a positive, challenging, and defiant stubbornness towards what she cannot master. Standing upside down is generally a fascinating experience and has positive effects, especially for our adult mind and body: it brightens the mood, relieves stress, promotes concentration and boosts the metabolism. She likes to share that with all handstand enthusiasts!
Sara’s mother tongue is German. She is fluent in English and Spanish. Depending on the participant, she teaches in German or English and is happy to translate into Spanish.
