Natalia Palshina is a certified yoga teacher (RYT 200, RYT 500 with Yog Peeth Rishikesh, India and Yoga Schala, Berlin) and a trained ballet dancer with 26 years of stage experience. She has danced at various opera houses including the Vienna State Opera, Staatsballett Berlin, Staatstheater am Gärtnerplatz Munich.
Already early on during her dance career, Natalia became aware of the need for balance and in 2002 she started to become interested in yoga. Since then, she has visited India several times to learn from those living in the practice’s original source. She has completed several seminars, professional and higher education courses with the Iyengar Yoga School (Dharamsala, India) and the Surrinder Singh at the Swasti Shala Yoga School (Rishikesh, India). She practiced Kundalini Yoga and learned Ashtanga yoga from the yoga teacher Moksha at the Yoga Om School (Perth, Australia); completed the courses “Chakra Sadhana” and “Prana Vidya” at the Bihar Yoga School (Rikya Peeth, India); completed the Yoga Nidra Yoga Teacher Training Course Naulini Sahey and Hormone Yoga for Women with Dinah Rodriguez (Germany).
