Giulia Rossi graduated at Maria Olenewa State School of Dance of the Municipal Theater of Rio de Janeiro, Brazil. After working in the company of the theater, she left Brazil to live in the United Kingdom, where she danced in Ballet Cymru in Wales. There she had contact with neoclassical and contemporary choreographers and decided to immerse herself in the world of contemporary dance, going to study at PERA- School of Performing Arts, in Cyprus.
Today Giulia lives in Berlin, teaches ballet and contemporary dance and works as a freelancer in various projects. In 2021 she had the pleasure to collaborate at “ENCAJE for TEN” with Judith Sanchez Ruiz and “1 de 3” with KAPUTT Escenico (on the residency “SITUATIVE WORK – SITUATED LEARNING” of Uferstudios GmbH / PSR funded by the Residency Program Dance of the Berlin Senate Department for Culture and Europe).
