Esmir Srdanovic aka "Tide"

“The basics in Krump Dance or Krumping are like characters in the alphabet. In my class I want to help you form sentences to express yourself. My aim in class is to create an atmosphere that is relaxed enough so you can get our of your comfort zone, ozt of yourself and show us what’s inside of you. ”

At the age of 14 (2010) Esmir Srdanovic discovered his passion for dancing. Together with the Lunatix crew and City of God, he took part in various shows, such as the Berlin street dance championships, but Esmir also feels at home in the freestyle battle scene. He initially focused on hip-hop new style, hip-hop freestyle i.e. Right from the start he learned the skills you need to master hip-hop dance in all its facets: show and choreographies as well as freestyle, so dancing spontaneously to the music.

In 2014 he discovered the relatively young dance type Krump for himself through YouTube videos. Here, too, Esmir is active in the battle scene and has made a name for himself throughout Germany through his individual style of dancing and has won various battles. His greatest inspiration is the Berlin Krumper Splat, who taught him Krump and accepted him into his family.
Esmir now teaches Krump courses and workshops in Berlin and has also founded his own Krump Fam (crew),
where he passes on his 9 years of accumulated knowledge and dance experience.
