Adrian’s movement practice started in 2006 when he began Muay Thai training. Although sports and body training did not play a big role during his childhood, now that he had found a fitting practice, they quickly became a passion. In the following years he picked up Lindy Hop, to include a more rhythmical form of movement, and in 2011 he finally discovered what would become his core discipline: partner acrobatics. His teaching style is strongly colored by his martial arts and dance background and his teaching didactics through his work as a translator and interpreter. The focus of Adrian’s classes is on the exploration of the body’s full range of motion in order to build confidence, strength and ease in solo as well as partner movement.
