Corona Hygiene Concept

valid from January 12 2022
Follow our hygiene concept when you visit motion*s!

2G-PLUS-rule: CURED or VACCINATED
additionally TESTED

Participation in the classes requires that you’ve been fully vaccinated (the 2nd vaccination must be at least 2 weeks ago) or have recovered (max. 6 months ago). The proof must be presented digitally together with a proof of identity. Additionally the cured or vaccinated must be tested negative for Covid-19 and present proof (max 24h old).

*For persons under 18 years the 3-G rule applies. Children up to 14 years are exempt from regulations.

WEARING MASK

In the foyer and in the dressing rooms we ask you to wear a mask. When entering the dance room, the mask can be removed

HAND WASHING & DISINFECTION

Please wash your hands as soon as you arrive at the studio. There are 4 restrooms available.

KEEP DISTANCE

In the waiting area, in the changing rooms, in the foyer & dance room we ask you to keep a distance of 1.5 m from each other.

AIRING IN THE STUDIOS

Whenever there is no, or very quiet music playing, the windows may be open continuously. Please support the teachers with the airing.

CHANGING ROOM AND SHOWERING

You can use the changing rooms and the showers but the 1.5 m distance must be maintained.

CLEANING

The motion*s is cleaned daily. The cleaning staff is clearly instructed to disinfect door handles etc. especially thoroughly.

YOUR DATA

We need to store your full name, email address and phone number for 4 weeks. This is done at the counter via our reservation tool Fitogram (Class Calendar)

ACT RESPONSIBLY

  • If you do not feel well or show corona symptoms, stay home and do not come to the studio. Get tested. Even vaccinated people can infect themselves
  • If you have a positive test result and had visited motion*s a few days before, we ask you to report this immediately by email to info@motionsberlin.de, so that we can inform the other participants.
  • We will inform the other participants of the course. We are not legally obligated to do so, but we feel responsible towards you. In other studios this is probably handled differently.

Stay healthy and fit!

CHILDREN OF 14 years and younger

Children up to the age of 14 are exempt from mandatory testing. For persons under 18 years the 3-G rule applies. We currently assume that children are regularly tested at school. Showing a school ID is sufficient for us.
As accompanying parents, we ask you to wear a mask in the foyer, like all other visitors* to motion*s.
